Booking Policy

Last updated: January 2025. By booking a tour with iMoroccan Tours, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you have any questions, contact us before booking.

📋 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment and send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Until that point, availability is not guaranteed.

All bookings must include your full name, travel dates, tour name, and number of travelers.
We will confirm availability within 24 hours of your inquiry.
A booking confirmation document will be sent to your email once the deposit is received.

💳 Payment Terms

We require a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival.

Deposit: 20–30% of the total tour price, due at time of booking.
Balance: Remaining amount due on the first day of the tour or by prior arrangement.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, cash (USD, EUR, MAD).
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates may vary.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

7 or more days before tour	Full refund (100%)
3–6 days before tour	50% refund
48 hours or less	No refund
No-show	No refund

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Changes & Modifications

Date changes are accepted free of charge with 5+ days notice, subject to availability.
Changes to itinerary, group size, or tour type may affect pricing.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided.

✈️ Force Majeure

iMoroccan Tours is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or flight cancellations. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future tour.

🛡️ Our Responsibilities

We provide professional, licensed local guides for all guided tours.
All vehicles are insured, air-conditioned, and maintained to safety standards.
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, or third-party services (hotels, flights, activities booked separately).
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip.
