Depart and drive through the stunning Dades Valley, passing rose fields and Berber villages. Visit the Dades Gorge and explore the dramatic rock formations. Overnight in Boumalne.
Visit the magnificent Todra Gorge in the morning. Continue to Erfoud and the fossil capital before arriving at Merzouga. Mount your camel for a sunset trek into the dunes.
Wake at sunrise in your luxury desert camp. Explore the dunes by camel or on foot. Visit nomadic families and enjoy authentic mint tea. Second night in camp.
Return from the desert via the scenic Draa Valley, visiting ancient kasbahs. Tour concludes.

We use comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles. For deep desert access we use 4x4s. The type depends on your group size.
Yes! Our luxury desert camps feature private furnished tents with proper beds, en-suite bathrooms, electricity, and gourmet Moroccan meals.
Spring (March–May) and autumn (Sept–Nov) offer the most pleasant desert temperatures. Summer can be extremely hot; winters are cold at night but beautifully clear.
Light, breathable clothing for daytime and warm layers for cool desert nights. A headscarf for wind and sun protection, sunscreen, and a good camera are essential.
Bring cash as ATMs are scarce near Merzouga. Stay hydrated. Early morning and late afternoon are the best times to photograph the dunes in golden light.
